Delivery

The delivery cost and options are shown at checkout before you pay. Dispatch timing is confirmed by email after you order. Delivery dates shown on the product page are estimates.

Returns and cancellation

Under UK consumer law you can cancel and return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Contact us with your order number and we will send the return details. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

Faulty or not as described

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.
